1. NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, mentorship, and immediate access to proprietary systems, we do NOT offer:

• Refunds

• Exchanges

• Chargebacks

2. DIGITAL ACCESS

Upon purchase, you receive:

• Immediate access to training materials

• Access to software and systems

• Program resources and support

Because access is granted instantly, all sales are considered fulfilled.

3. COMMITMENT POLICY

By enrolling, you are committing to:

• Completing the program

• Taking responsibility for your results

• Actively participating in your growth

4. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in:

• Immediate removal from the program

• Revocation of access to all materials

• Possible legal action to recover funds

5. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will ONLY be considered if:

• A duplicate charge occurs

• A technical error prevents access AND cannot be resolved
